I have been involved with real estate investment for more than 30 years.  I am a Broker with Premiere Plus Realty Co. located in Olde Naples.  I have have been a full time resident of SWFL since 2000 and in 2002 I received a license as a Florida real estate agent.  I am a graduate of Rider University, with a BS in Real Estate and Business Administration.  I am a member of NAR, FAR, and NABOR.  Besides real estate, my background also includes owning several restaurants, corporate and government sales in the health care industry and CFO and Director of Operations for an international automotive & sports marketing research firm.

I don't want you to just think of me as a salesman.  Rather, my offer to you is that as a local consultant, I will provide you with as much valuable information as you require to help you make any important decisions in real estate.  My sources involve mortgage money, inspections, homeowner insurance, appraisals, legal advice, and negotiation.

Originally from Bay Head, New Jersey, I have been a year round resident of Florida since 2000.  My wife and I live in the beautiful golf/tennis/boating community of Bonita Bay, located in Bonita Springs, Florida.    

Utilizing my background and skills in marketing, sales, advertising and real estate investing, I started my real estate practice in Florida in 2002.  Since then I have been successful working with both buyers and sellers.  I've developed a full knowledge of Southwest Florida real estate in both gated and non-gated communities.  My focus is to help you realize your goals in our everchanging real estate market.
